Booking Confirmation
Booking for the trip will be confirmed only after receiving an advance payment of ₹2000 per person. The remaining amount must be cleared before departure.
Medical Disclosure & Consent
All participants must disclose any medical conditions before joining the trek. The Yatra Vista reserves the right to deny participation if any health or safety concerns are identified. During the journey, the trek leader's decision regarding safety, route changes, and conduct will be final.
Risk Acknowledgment
Participants must understand that Himalayan trekking involves risks such as unpredictable weather and terrain conditions. The Yatra Vista will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen incidents during the trip.
Conduct & Discipline
Travelers are expected to respect nature, local communities, and fellow participants. Any misconduct or indiscipline may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Cancellation Policy
At Yatra Vista, we understand that plans can change; however, due to advance bookings and operational commitments, the following cancellation policy applies.

| 30 Days or more | 40% refunded, 60% retained as processing charges. |
| 15 to 29 Days | Only 20% of the total amount will be refunded. |
| 7 to 14 Days | 10% of the total amount will be refunded. |
| Less than 7 Days | No refund provided under any circumstances. |
If a participant fails to join the trek or leaves midway, no partial refund or adjustment will be applicable for the unused services.
In case of trip postponement or transfer, participants are allowed to reschedule their trek or transfer their booking only once, provided the request is made at least 15 days before the departure date and is subject to availability.
If the trek is canceled due to natural calamities, government restrictions, landslides, or adverse weather conditions, Yatra Vista will issue a trek credit voucher valid for 12 months after deducting minimal operational costs. No cash refunds will be provided in such cases.
